Get the App Running in Three Steps

Android users download the APK directly from our site because Google Play does not list real-money gaming apps in Malaysia. iOS users can install through the App Store where available or use our web-clip shortcut for regions where the App Store version is restricted. Allow install from unknown sources (Android only) — When you open the downloaded APK your phone asks permission to install apps from the browser. Tap Settings, enable the toggle for your browser, then return and tap Install. This permission applies only once.
Open the app and sign in with your account — Tap the www4dlive icon on your home screen, enter the same username and password you use on desktop, and the lobby appears. Enable biometric login in settings so next time you skip the password.

SYSTEM NEEDS

Android 7.0, iOS 12 and 2 GB RAM

We tested the app on fifty handset models sold in Malaysia between 2018 and 2024.

Android version

7.0 Nougat or newer. The app uses Android WebView for live streams so devices stuck on version 6 cannot load video tables.

iOS version

12.0 or newer. Phones running iOS 11 can install the app but push notifications and biometric login will not work.

RAM requirement

2 GB minimum; 3 GB recommended if you switch between the sportsbook and live casino frequently. Devices with 1 GB may freeze during video streams.

Storage space

60 MB free space. The APK is 28 MB and the app creates a 25 MB cache for game thumbnails after the first session.

Code Signing, Device Encryption and Account Recovery

We sign every APK release with the same certificate so Android verifies the app came from www4dlive before installing it.

Signed APK releases

Every APK we publish carries a cryptographic signature that Android checks against our developer certificate. If someone modifies the file after we sign it, your phone refuses to install it and shows a warning.

No third-party app stores

We distribute the Android app only through www4dlive.com and the iOS app only through the App Store or our web-clip shortcut. Links on unofficial sites may point to modified versions we cannot verify.

Device credential encryption

Biometric data and saved passwords live in the hardware-backed keystore on your phone. The app requests access when you enable fingerprint login but the data never leaves the device or reaches our server.

Session timeout policy

An idle session expires after six hours and the app asks you to sign in again. Active sessions remain alive indefinitely as long as you interact with the lobby at least once every six hours.

Account recovery via email

If you lose your phone or uninstall the app, sign in again with your username and password on any device. Your balance, transaction history, and favourites list sync from the backend immediately after login.

Two-factor SMS codes

Enable SMS verification in account settings and every new-device login requires a six-digit code sent to the phone number on file. The code expires after five minutes for added security.
